We do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales made through Vape Station Online are final.
Once your order is placed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to: ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and determine if a resolution is possible.

Please note: We reserve the right to approve or deny any request for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Route Shipping Protection (Optional Insurance)
For added peace of mind, Route Package Protection is available at checkout as an optional insurance for your order. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you purchased Route at checkout, you can file a claim directly with Route through their online portal.
All claims for Route-protected orders must be handled directly through their system. Vape Station Online is not responsible for resolving Route-protected claims.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns. This includes, but is not limited to:
