Thank you for shopping with Vape Station Online. Please review the shipping terms below before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Shipping Methods

We ship all orders exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using the following services:

  • Economy Shipping – A cost-effective option selected by us, but still shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary.

  • USPS Ground Advantage – Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

  • USPS Priority Mail – Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

  • USPS Express – Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.


Important Notice About Delivery Estimates

All delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided directly by USPS and are subject to change. While we process and ship orders promptly, we do not have control over USPS transit times and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, regardless of the service selected.

Track Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you can track your package directly through USPS:

Signature Required on All Shipments

To comply with age verification laws and ensure the safety of your delivery, ALL shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery, regardless of carrier or contents.

You must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. If no eligible recipient is available, the package will not be delivered and may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees may apply.


Vapor Product Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and carrier-specific regulations:

  • All vapor products—including disposables, cartridges, and e-liquidswill only ship via USPS.

  • These shipments will include USPS Adult Signature Required service.

UPS does not allow the shipment of vapor products. If your cart contains items restricted by UPS, USPS will be the only available option at checkout.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. Packages returned due to address errors or failed delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
